You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its working.
We try to show colours, images and specifications accurately, but small differences can occur because of screens and lighting. Prices are in Indian rupees and may change without notice. We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced or out of stock.
An order is confirmed only after we accept it and receive payment or confirmation of the order details. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.
We ship across India through courier partners. Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by location, weather or courier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Unused products in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded after verification. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

The Travix Gears name, logo, images, text and designs belong to Travix Gears. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
We collect details such as your name, phone number, email and address only to process orders, provide support and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers, such as couriers and payment partners, who need it to complete your order. Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own policy. To the extent permitted by law, Travix Gears is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
